Ubicada en la comunidad de Peguche, a tan sólo 5 minutos al noroeste de la ciudad de Otavalo. La Cascada de  Peguche  es un hermoso salto de agua de 18 m de altura, formada por las aguas del río del mismo nombre, que nace en el lago San Pablo.

La cascada es uno de los atractivos turísticos más importantes de Otavalo. Debido a su cercanía y fácil acceso, varios turistas y visitantes acuden al sector para conocerla y disfrutar de un paisaje único.

Pozuzo: Un pedacito de Europa en el corazón del Perú PDF Print E-mail

Este pequeño paraíso estuvo aislado por más de 100 años.Pozuzo es la única colonia Austro-alemana en el mundo, ubicada en la Selva Central  peruana, un apasionante valle de vegetación para los amantes de la Ecología. Su gente y sus costumbres les llevarán a conocer un pedacito de Europa en el corazón del Perú.
 
El Distrito de Pozuzo está ubicado en la provincia de Oxapampa, departamento de Pasco a 520 kilómetros de Lima.
Para llegar al poblado se toma la Carretera Central hacia la ruta Ticlio-Oroya, siguiendo el desvío hasta Tarma y continuando a La Merced por una vía asfaltada. El visitante tendrá la oportunidad de atravesar parte del Parque Nacional Yanachaga Chemillen para finalmente llegar a su destino.
